Abass Al Youssef confirmed that he was a victim of criminal acts perpetrated by Togolese nationals and that he had filed a lawsuit. He notably implicated former minister Pascal Bodjona.
The Emirati businessman, who lost 48 million USD in a Nigerian scam, also expressed his surprise before the failure of the French police to act upon the international arrest warrant issued by Togo against former SNCF and Elf boss, Loik le Floch-Prigent
