The Togolese Prime Minister, Gilbert Houngbo, officially closed the 7th Partnership Forum between India and Africa on Tuesday at New Delhi, which was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

India stands to gain from the African continent which is experiencing rapid growth.
The Prime Minister said that, "India and Africa share certain values: the same colonial history, social communities having respect for tradition and modernism; important elements to develop a cooperation based on trust.
And to invest in Africa, as much as in Togo, a country with a new vision of development and where everything is still to be done, "concluded the head of government.
