Jonathan Fiawoo (photo), President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Togo (CCIT) has now opened the first regional office in Atakpamé (Plateaux region).
"This implementation meets a statutory provision which states that the CCIT is to be implemented in all regions of the country. Entrepreneurs in Atakpamé will no longer need to travel to Lomé to obtain clearance or for obtaining information," says Fiawoo.
This is the first time since its creation 90 years ago that the Chamber of Commerce opened a representative office in the region.
