Chaos in Abidjan: visit of a Lebanese diplomat in Lomé

The Lebanese government has decided to organize the repatriation of all Lebanese living in Ivory Coast. Some of them are in Togo since the past several days benefiting from the airlift provided by the French army from Abidjan.
On Friday, a representative of the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mansour Abdallah, traveled to Togo to meet the families already there.
They will be moved to Accra (Ghana) to board a MEA flight to Beirut, from Saturday.
Mr. Abdallah thanked the Togolese authorities for their hospitality and for the support given to Lebanese nationals
