Togo governement and the three main political parties were about to reach an agreement on the name of the future chairman of the Independant National Electoral Commission  (CENI), but « they failed to do so », said friday Pascal Bodjona (photo), minister for Territorial Administration and Spokesman of the government.

« After the talks we held in Ouagadougou, the three political parties (RPT, UFC, and CAR) continued discussions in Lome in order to reach an agreement on who will chair the Electoral Commission.
