Togo's government announced that the legislative election due to be held July 21 will now take place July 25.In a statement published on the official website, the government said the much-delayed poll is being rescheduled to hold a free, fair, transparent and violence-free election.
Candidates are vying for 91 seats in the next Parliament. More than 3 million voters are registered.
