Members of government and business are from Monday in a seminar in Lomé to develop a plan of action to revitalize the private sector.
Last Friday, during a dinner discussion with businessmen, the Prime Minister Gilbert Houngbo announced the creation of a permanent exchange between the authorities and the private sector.
At the opening of the seminar, Houngbo reminded operators the will of the head of state and government to establish regular consultations with employers and businesses.
"The five-year period 2010-2015 should be one of sustained growth. We have a duty to achieve, by 2015, at least 7% growth, "said Houngbo.
