The government will define a strategy to raise awareness of the diaspora for the development of Togo. This was one of the decisions of the Cabinet, held on Friday. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elliott Ohin (photo) stated the major trends.
This strategy includes, namely, policy dialogue, support programs for migrant investors, financial protection of investments, legal and technical assistance following return and a phase of business creation .
