La banque sud-africaine Nedbank va prendre 20% du capital d’Ecobank, le groupe panafricain implanté au Togo.
C’est ce qu’annonce vendredi L’Union. Le Sud-Africain renforce ainsi sa position et son potentiel de développement sur le continent. Autre actionnaire emblématique d’Ecobank, la Qatar National Bank (QNB) qui détient désormais 12,5% du capital.
