After the UFC, the CAR don't want to have a one round election

The two main parties of the parliamentary opposition threaten not to participate in the election next February if the election does not take place in two rounds.

After the UFC, it is the turn of CAR to threaten the boycott.

The party founded by miss Yawovi Agboyibo (photo) , presidential candidate, wants to return to the voting system foreseen by the 1992 constitution. He notes that Togo is the only country in the UEMOA and ECOWAS to practice single-member election in only one round.

The CAR requires the intervention of the facilitator, Blaise Compaoré, for discussions on the subject with the Togolaise authorities.
