The Egyptian government Friday delivered medicines worth US $ 500,000 to Togo for the African country's flood victims. The medicines, mostly for malaria treatment and antibiotics, were handed to the Togolese authorities by Mrs. Mona Omar, deputy-minister to the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs in Charge of African Affairs.
"This is an act which goes to our heart and we are sensitive to this solidarity spirit," Togolese Health Minister Komlan Mally said while receiving the medicines .
