Togolese President Faure Gnassingbe is to arrive in Accra, the capital of Ghana, on Wednesday to attend the inauguration of newly elected President John Atta-Mills, the presidential office announced.
Atta-Mills, 64, was declared the winner of the presidential run-off on Saturday after a close contest, which is internationally acclaimed as free and fair. He will take over the presidency from John Kufuor.
