The Minister of Economy and Finance of Togo, Adji Otèth Ayassor (photo), participated in the Annual Meetings in Lisbon from June 9 and the Board of Governors of the African Development Bank (ADB).
Portugal is a non-African shareholder in ADB. This is the third time since the entry of non-African countries in the Bank's capital in 1982, the Assemblies are held outside the continent. This year's theme is "Towards an agenda for inclusive growth in Africa."
