Niger beat Ghana 5-3 in the finals to emerge winner of the i nternational rugby tournament organised by the African Rugby Confederation.
Seven countries took part in the tournament in Tsévié, 35km in the northern part of Lomé, the Togolese capital.Burkina Faso beat Togo 17-5 in the third place tie.
The other countries' teams that participated in the tournament included Nigeria (5th), Mali (6th), Benin (7th) and Togo's team B (8th).
