Togo's President Faure Eyadéma arrived in Ouagadougou on Monday for a one-day working visit to Burkina Faso during which he will hold talks with his host, Blaise Compaoré, who is the facilitator in the inter-Togolese dialogue, President Eyadéma was welcomed by President Compaoré who brokered a peace accord for Togo last year.
Togo is moving out of period of crisis with the beginning of a campaign for legislative elections on next 14 October in which all political parties participating.The organisation of the election is a major step towards the implementation of the comprehensive inter-Togolese peace accord signed on 20 August 2006 in Ouagadougou.
