Host Togo will meet South Africa in the opening match of the African U-17 Championship billed for 10-24 March, according to the draw held by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) in the Togolese capital.
The draw on Wednesday, supervised by Ahmed Sherif, head of CAF's computer department, put the eight finalists into two groups of four each.
Group A comprises hosts Togo, Gabon, South Africa and Tunisia, while Burkina Faso, Eritrea, Ghana and Nigeria make up Group B.
