Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon met last Thursday with Gilbert Houngbo, Prime Minister of Togo, who is in Israel on an official visit.
During the meeting, the two signed a bilateral declaration regarding economic, educational and agricultural cooperation, and the provision of an aid package by MASHAV – the Israel Center for International Cooperation.Prime Minister Houngbo invited entrepreneurs from the private sector to meet with representatives of his government in order to examine opportunities for future cooperation.
